The Clouds always come before the Rain

Often times in our Life whether its in Business, Ministry, or Marriage we experience those moments of wanting to give up and throw in the towel. Whether it's the momentum or the amount of committed people we all will experience the illusion of storms brewing. But you cant get focused on the clouds. We all enjoy the rain (outpouring of blessings) but run before it comes. Fear lives in the clouds, we determine the outcome of situations off the loudness of the thunder. Sometimes standing is the hardest thing to do especially when the foundation of Faith is unstable. You have to begin to see yourself past where your at. Thats easier said than done, I know but determination and faith makes it possible. Look at women who have had all odds against them but made it to their desired place:

All these women rose to the challenge and didn't let the fact of them being Women stop them. So today I encourage you, when the clouds come, no matter how much lighting and how loud the thunder stand. Because, eventually your Abundance rain will come.

After I got off the phone with alarm security because I was carrying in groceries and didn’t make it to the keypad to turn off the alarm quick enough, I stubbed my toe the chair in the hallway. I dropped everything that I was holding in my hands. Of course, it was all of the groceries that are the worst to drop and break. So I speak about an hour this afternoon cleaning up ketchup, eggs, pickles, and olives of the hard wood floors and carpet runner this afternoon. The ketchup was the worst to get up. I called my mother and she suggested some crazy kitchen concoction with baking soda, soda water, and vinegar. I was surprised that the ketchup finally came up off the carpet, but boy does the hallway stink. Even my little dog won’t go there. My husband almost started gagging when he walked down the hall today. I guess you just have those days sometime. Today was my day, but I just wish that it hadn’t been so stinky and just messy!

Christmas is Almost Here!!

Empowered Ladies Christmas is almost here!! Me and my Children were talking about what they wanted for Christmas, of course they said toys, but my oldest keeps asking in her words, "for we books to read for bed."    Many of you know I authored my own book, and many book companies have closed because of the constant rise of the Kindle's Ipads, Ipad accessories, and Laptops. (Those seem to on the top of everyone's Christmas List.) However, we all know that in this economy 6 Ipad's is not about to roll up in this house for Christmas, Santa is on a Budget, lol. I've had to resort to looking online for some really good books.  There aren't many choices but I have found some good ones, the best part is there affordable. :) Our Technology will always change, but we can never take away spending quality time with our children while reading a good book.

Hey Empowered Ladies!!!

Sometimes we feel as, if our prayers aren't answered right away then God didn't hear us...I remember during my season of Faith when I felt as if all my prayers fell on death ears. There were times when I knew my light bill was due and asked God for a blessing and I didn't receive it at the moment. Like any other normal human I got discouraged, my bill had got all the way up to $700. At the time I was the only person working in my household, and the pay at my job was not all that great. One night I laid on the floor and cried out to God and asked him to help me. For 2 weeks every single day I called the Light bill company seeing if my name was on the list to be disconnected, and just like everyday, they told me Yes. So everyday I was living off of the Faith that God would come through for me, finally he did. I just want to encourage you, no matter what the situation looks like, Stand, Believe, and have Hope in God. He created everything down to every grain of dirt in the ground. We can't do nothing by ourselves but only through the Power and Spirit of God. Stop holding your head down when situations fight you, lift your head towards the hills and stand in Victory! I pray God's will to be done in everyone's life that reads this message, and I decree a special blessing over you current situation, in Jesus Name!

Happy Sunday! Empowered Ladies!

Oftentimes as women we go through those trying times of Identification. Being Authentic has consumed the hearts and minds of God's people. As a woman since the beginning we have had to live up to a standard that was placed on us: to be loving and strong. Although that is the standard that has been set I don't believe everyone is equipped to be that way. God made us all individually unique, what worked for Eve wont work for me, What worked for Esther won't work for me, I am a Prophetess but how Deborah was in the bible with her Prophetic gift doesn't mean I am to be the same way. I've noticed throughout my course of Ministry when meeting women they take on the same characteristic as Juanita Bynum or Cindy Trimm, because that is the only tangible example in the flesh they have when it comes to carrying themselves as Mighty Women of God.  Do I have to be beat to become strong like Juanita? Do I have to get a divorce like Paula White to gain wisdom? NO. The reason why we all look different is because we are different. I encourage you to stop looking at Man for an example and look at our Creator, God said he made man in his image, he sent Jesus in the form of the image he had for man. That is the only example we should live by. Although, we see Women of Influence in the media, when those same Women get behind close doors how are they really? All of our relationships with God are personal, there is simplicity in God not duplication. Learn whose you are and your purpose, once you do that you will boldly be able to decree, I am who God says I am!

Hey Empowered Ladies!

Often times when situations come to discourage us the first thing we want to do is give up! No one likes to have to struggle or deal with things that don't Push us toward our destiny but hinder us! I'm sure by now all of us have heard of the phrase, after you've done all you can Stand anyhow..well truth is sometimes I dont want to stand. I used to think if the devil is going to knock me down I might as well stay down, while staying down he'll leave me alone..Man I was wrong. When I allowed the Enemy to knock me down without fighting to get back up, he sat on me and spit in my face. While down he threw even more things at me cause me to feel like I was dying. One would say well that's what you get you should have fought him and stood, I was weary. I prayed and begged God to bring me out of the situation of depression, anxiety, frustration, and suicide. I felt like God didn't hear me because things stayed the same (God does that sometimes he won't move or talk to us) I realized it was me that got me on the ground and it will have to be me who stood up. Understand not everyone will be there to PUSH you, or ENCOURAGE you. Some will talk about you, pray against you, and speak your downfall. You have to Rise above Adversity. Its easier said than done..right? Wrong. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Use your God given Authority to tell the Winds, Storms, and Negativity in your Life to go. Remember the Man in the Bible who was Blind and Jesus told him to take some mud and put it over his eyes, and from that day forth he was healed to see. Can you only imagine what he went through for all those years before our Savior came? There were days when he wished he wasn't hear, but when he knew there was someone there that could heal him he Pushed. At that moment he didn't let his circumstances keep him down...its called determination. We have Jesus with us always, we can reach out and grasp whatever we need from God. I encourage you today whether its your job, family, ministry, friends, finances STAND UP, then take a Step up to Triumph over your Troubles!! *Empowered Ladies*

Victorious Queens

What does it mean to be Victorious? What is the true definition of a Queen?

Webster Defines Victorious as having achieved a victory;  conquering; triumphant:
Websters Defines a Queen as a woman, or something personified as a woman, that is foremost or preeminent in any respect.


As I was getting ready to write this Blog, God told me to study Queen Victoria, before today I didn't know nothing about her, and didn't understand the significance of reading about her. During my course of reading about her I got the revelation. The name Victoria is Latin and it stand for Conqueror and Victory.  Queen Victoria has been deemed the Longest Reigning Queen ever in History. She is known for her mothering spirit, and straight forwardness, despite situation, rumors, and circumstances she stood for what she believed. She was the only girl out of 2 brothers, sadly they passed away, causing her to be pushed into the position of taking over her Fathers Kingdom when he passed away. Like her so many of us didn't have the luxury of being behind the scenes, not having to worry about anything. Many of you reading this have been broken down, spiritually and naturally, abused, whether its physically or mentally. Some of you are single mothers, married women who take on the role of being Mommy and Daddy. Some of you from birth have been told that you wouldn't be anything but another statistic in this cruel world. Some of you are White, Black, Hispanic, Chinese, etc...But, one thing we all have in common is are destiny..to be different. The Woman is Unique, since the beginning of time she has been deemed as Beautiful, Meek, and Strong. A lot of us have been through things that's caused us to feel Ugly, Hard, and Weak. But regardless the route that you take during your life there is an ending. The Vision for the month of September is 50, in the Spirit that number means Jubilee, did you know Queen Victoria during her reign had two Jubilees One Named The Gold Jubilee and the Other the Diamond (just happen to be in September) lol, To be Victorious you must first be Empowered, What keeps you going? Whether its to feel complete, keep your Father in Heaven happy, be the example to your children that you weren't shown, or to help Push others to achieve their goals we all are entitled to the same ending...VICTORY.
